Buttermilk

Craving something refreshing in this scorching summer heat? Try this flavoured version of buttermilk which will offer you a blast of fruity flavours. If you are bored of drinking the same old buttermilk, then give it a twist by trying out this flavoured version. Made with strawberries and blueberries, this Berry Buttermilk will be loved by people of all age groups. Step 1

Add curd, strawberry, blueberry, sugar and chia seeds to a blender. Blend to form a smooth mixture. Add 2-4 tbsp water, if the puree is too thick. Blend for some more time to reduce the consistency.

Step 2

Pour the buttermilk into two glasses, garnish with chopped berries and serve.
